Greetings! I am Corey Pendleton, a Ph.D. candidate at Middle Tennessee State University, set to graduate in the summer of 2024. I am originally from Dayton, Tennessee, but I found a new home in Middle Tennessee, enjoying the Nashville adjacent lifestyle in Murfreesboro. 

I have many passions: karaoke, Magic the Gathering, hiking the beautiful landscapes of Tennessee and spending time with my family and friends. In the last few years, I have been fortunate enough to work with one of my other passions, teaching and research. 

My research has allowed me to develop a strong familiarity with quantitative skills and a passion for tackling complex problems in financial economics and political economy.
